Den Knoblauch in 2 EL \u00d6l und 20 g Butter anbraten, herausnehmen, den Spargel dazugeben und 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Zusammen mit etwas Zitronensaft zum bereits gegarten Fleisch geben und 6 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
